The folding kayak NERIS ALU-3 is a classic tandem touring kayak for flat water trips on rivers, lakes, water reservoirs and coastal sea waters.  It is an ideal option for a short weekend escape or multi week expedition.
Special Design Features
The folding kayak features an open and specious mid gear section.  The air-cushioned seats provide comfortable paddling.  All folding parts are nicely packed in a newly designed single back pack with 110 cm in height. NERIS ALU-2 offers closed duraluminum cross-ribs with stainless steel brackets.  This significantly adds to reliability, durability and longer life of a kayak.
Kayak Design
NERIS ALU-2 provides a simple and reliable frame construction with an easy assembly.  The frame construction is free from short-life plastic lashing hardware.  The frame tubing is made from anodized duraluminum of D16T grade.

The assembly time is about 30 min.  It will take about 35 min. to put the NERIS folding kayak up for the first time with the Assembly Instructions.  It is recommended to assemble the NERIS folding kayak at home or on backyard before you hit the water.
